The Vice President of ILI Product seeks a Project Director, Administration ready to coordinate and enhance the business’ strategic and tactical initiatives, accelerate change through effective internal communication and manage projects and priorities to ensure quality results are consistently achieved.
The successful incumbent will:
- Plan, coordinate, and partner with ILI’s Vice President of Product on the coordination, execution and implementation of business goals; influence internal leaders and stakeholders across Prudential’s complex business landscape
- Synthesize information and coordinate decision making to enable faster executive decision-making
- Provide consultation and direction on ILI’s and Product’s initiatives while ensuring accountability resides with the right individuals and areas
- Creates necessary linkage between ILI’s product executive’s leadership team and broader organization; works with functional partners to ensure seamless delivery in support of organizational priorities
- Develops and executes internal communication to increase teammates’ able to embrace and lead through change, thereby increasing the organization’s change resiliency and engagement
- Understands organizational matrices and appropriately coordinates with and leverages centralized functions in the business or corporate functions
Functions as a capacity expander and strategic gatekeeper
- Focuses on making time, information, and decision making more effective to expand the executive’s capacity to deliver results, maximizing productivity and impact
- Acts as trusted advisor for ILI’s product executive team; propels team cohesion and engagement
- Proactively manages governance, management routines and limits executive involvement by empowering the right level of decision making
- Connected to the pulse of the organization and ensures the right voices (including their own), at all levels in the organization, are being heard on topics of critical importance
- Recognizes and facilitates relationships most important to the success of ILI’s agenda; manages and strengthens those relationships
- Leads organizational administration and overseas governance practices by managing vendor contracts, privacy management, business resiliency and division security
Qualifications:
- 10 years of functional and leadership experience in a fast-paced highly matrixed business environment, with significant experience in a leadership position(s) at a Fortune 500 company and/or global business
- Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
