Corporate - Human ResourcesThe Human Resources (HR) Programs and Services team owns the operations and delivery for Prudential’s global total rewards programs, payroll, tax, accounting, and talent acquisition. It also provides data management, application management and shared services operational support for HR. A unique opportunity exists within the team for a Senior Analyst, Service Delivery related to Retirement, Non-Qualified and Long-Term Incentive benefits programs offered to both our active and retired populations.
The role is primarily responsible for daily support of Prudential’s Deferred Compensation Plan, Global Stock Purchase, and Long-Term Incentive programs. In this role, the incumbent will work closely with plan design experts, recordkeepers, and the data and process management team to deliver end-to-end solutions that support plan requirements, comply with regulations, and provide an excellent participant experience. They will also be expected to support the service delivery of Pension and 401(k) plans as needed. This role will also interface with employees and other stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a good understanding of the non-qualified plan design and equity programs, strong critical-thinking and analytical background, complex project experience, and strong written and oral communication skills. In this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment where the ability to work autonomously is critical for driving successful outcomes. Equally important is flexibility and partnering to effectively contribute to team projects and/or provide coverage to teammates as workload dictates. Strong relationships with those viewed as teammates, strategic partners, service providers, and vendor partners are necessary to ensure successful delivery of services and support.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated participant cases, inquiries from other HR functions, and senior executive special requests, and ensure proper root-cause analysis and new controls are put in place.
- Identify service delivery gaps and partner with the vendor and internal stakeholders to update administration procedures and implement end-to-end processes that deliver simplified and exceptional customer experience.
- Support the operations team with developing business requirements to build or update system integration files.
- Monitor timely data reconciliations for key reoccurring processes, especially related to payroll contributions and perform data reconciliation on special requests as needed.
- Support data validation requests and fulfill data reporting requests from recordkeepers and senior management by leveraging support from the data/process management team.
- Support regulatory filings, audits, and compliance requests as needed.
- Assist in developing employee communication and Deferred Compensation open enrollment activity.
- Managing multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
- Track outstanding administrative activity and special projects by conducting reoccurring status call meetings with the vendor and operation team to ensure completion by agreed-upon timeline.
- Provide analytical support to compensation and finance stakeholders – includes providing reports, metrics, analyses, and presentations to address business requests
- Support Merger & Acquisition activities within Total Reward as well as assist with special initiatives such as the launching of equity programs into new countries.
Qualifications / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or relevant experience
- A minimum of three year of experience is administering non-qualified plans and equity programs, developing processes and tools to support the business, including writing procedures
- 3 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
- Experience operating in E*TRADE or Morgan Stanley equity administration tools, such as: EEO, CRC, GEM, etc.
- Experience with delivery or administration of stock plans or Long-Term Equity is required.
- Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in resolving problems/issues
- Ability to develop concise presentations to summarize business issues/decisions
- Possess strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with Deferred Compensation administration or Long-Term Equity administration in a globally operating firm is a plus.
- Familiarity with process management. Experience with large, complex organization process management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of an administration and services function, with the ability to present and clearly explain information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with other HR applications is a plus (e.g., Workday, Cognos, Tableau, or similar report-writing tools).
- Advanced Excel and/or Access skills are required
- Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint
- At times, extended working hours are required to meet business needs

The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
