Pryon is actively seeking a Federal Alliances Manager to contribute to the growth and operationalization of our expanding partner ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be a crucial member of the Federal go-to-market leadership team, playing a key part in shaping strategy and operations for the development of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
\n- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and actively pursue partnerships that drive growth and sales for the Federal division. This includes engaging with corporate partners, startup programs (incubators and accelerators), technology alliances, cloud marketplaces, and Federal systems integrators
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partner relationships, ensuring alignment from sales to technical leadership and executive management personnel. Work closely with partners to capitalize on sales opportunities and maximize mutual benefits
- Internal Collaboration: Align internal teams with partners to unlock and maximize opportunities. Develop, manage, and continuously enhance processes to operationalize partner go-to-market strategy, in close coordination with key distributor relationships, such as Carahsoft
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities, empowering the sales team to secure new agency logos
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on partnership performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth attributed to partners
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a similar field. Master of Science or Business Administration degrees are a plus
- 4 years of work experience in Federal partner management within the software market and experience working with Carahsoft
- Experience in AI or knowledge management software platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Proven experience working with senior decision-makers to close partnership agreements and quickly enable teams for growth
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding team player with the ability to lead in matrixed environments coordinating people and activities across functions
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
