Safety Lead
Help facilitate site safety committee meetings and actions.

Help facilitate site safety committee meetings and actions.
- Participate in/complete risk assessments and JHA’s.
- Complete various site HSE floor activities/inspections. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Spill Kit supply maintenance and inspections
- Emergency response drills
- Annual audiometric testing coordination
- Secondary container labeling (GHS/HAZCOM) audits
- Lockout Tagout procedure audits/edits
- LPA Safety Audits
- Other Site HSE audits
- Knife survey- work to find alternatives to current cutting devices.
- Noise surveys
- Dock safety program
- Orientation
- Initial and ongoing training- Using JJ Keller and in person training.
- Conduct forklift training/re-certification for site employees as needed.
- Monthly training
- Glove/PPE survey
- Risk assessments, new and annual review.
- SDS/Chemical survey, update SDS
- Assist managers and supervisors with safety inspections.
- Near Miss Program-work with maintenance to insure that near miss/haz condition reports are addressed.
