Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Entering information into Databases.
- Verifying invoices and documents and passing along to A/P and A/R.
- Filing and other office duties.
- Assisting in paperwork associated with Shipping and Receiving including entering data.
- Administrating duties and responsibilities.
- Customer Service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with experience in an office environment.
Skills:
- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
