Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm however she would be willing to speak with someone if they are seeking part time work.
Compensation for Bilingual Clerical Assistant:
- $16.00 /hr. This person will be required to get insurance license once hired on full time and the cost will be reimbursed. Once licensed the pay will be hourly plus commission. You can earn as much as they want.
Duties include:
- Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making phone calls on behalf of the company
- Sorting and disturbing the daily mail, sending out bills, and arranging pickups for packages
- Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases
- Typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials
- Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval
Required experience:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with computers – All Microsoft programs and emails
