psi has an opening for a qualified RBT in the Lorain area. This position is currently full time. We are seeking a RBT to help serve children who have educational and developmental needs. The position is effective beginning in the 2022-2023 school year.

Responsibilities
Your mission as a school based BCBA is to assist in providing services to students who are experiencing behavioral challenges. You will be promoting functional behaviors within the school and community. You evaluate children across grade bands in order to obtain the information necessary for planning and consultation to develop plans that help meet the functional and educational needs of each child served.
Essential Functions
- Employ the necessary behavioral reduction strategies and to develop behavioral intervention plans and treatment plans that help meet the behavioral and educational needs of each child served.
- Follow the behavior plan
- Collect data for the behavior plan
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development courses, and other internal or psi led meetings.
- Effectively communicate with school administrators and other staff members regarding students, site, instruction, or any issues that impact the performance of the students.
Qualifications
Experience
- RBT - 1 year (required)
License/Certification
- RBT Certificate or License
Education
- High School (required)
