Dunkin’ Restaurant Manager Position
The Dunkin’ Restaurant Manager is a responsible individual who will be accountable for directing the daily operations of a single Dunkin’ location and Crew.
Their main focus will be to motivate their team, drive sales, control costs, and maintain compliance with all prescribed practices, policies, and the high standards of Dunkin’.
Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Responsible for ensuring compliance with standards for customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, product preparation and merchandising, and company policies.
· Responsible for the growth and development of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members. This includes but is not limited to finding and developing your team, conducting assessing daily performance, performance/incentive reviews, handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and holding monthly Crew meetings.
· Responsible for partnering with the GM to coordinating and attend store Crew and Management meetings to discuss driving store growth and performance, and to share best practices.
· Responsible for interacting with guests, monitoring store performance based on guest feedback, and following up on customer care compliments and complaints.
A Dunkin’ Manager must have strong customer service and leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and have the ability to create an enjoyable setting for customers and Crew Members.
As the highest management within the unit, the Manager is accountable for the unit and its operations at all times whether physically present or not.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
