Psomi is an upscale Greek American Bakery and Eatery located on North Howard in Tampa FL. Psomi is family owned and operated, and emphasizes on fresh, local ingredients to put out only the highest quality food and service Tampa has to offer. assistant general manager of a Michelin recognized eatery with full liquor license. We are a high volume breakfast and lunch restaurant that operates Wednesday- Sunday 8 am- 3pm. Evenings are yours to enjoy. This opens up the opportunity for Bonus incentives for evening private event bookings. Schedule would be wed- Sunday 7am- 5pm.
Must have minimum 3 years experience managing 20 staff member
Full Liquor Service
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation--
- Ordering/ accepting/ and rejecting of FOH inventory
- Professional greeting of clients and visitors,
- Manage the team leaders and supervisors coordinate their staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional front of house
- Must be a great problem solver in order to handle customers, staff , facilitate FOH issues, and control seating at peak times
