Job Overview
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various marketing efforts for our service companies in North America. The role will require a strong passion for detail and organization in administrative duties while using critical thinking skills to improve branding, customer service and satisfaction for our service companies and their clients. In addition, having a creative mindset will allow the person in this role to help explore ways to promote, elevate, and further grow business at each of our service group locations. This role reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing while working with various PT Holdings team members and staff at our service companies in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inbound digital communications from service companies and their clients as may be needed for various times and purposes. Email, Social Posts, Texts, Google Pages, Rating Software, etc.
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders any relevant information resulting from inbound inquiries and route all necessary leads or requests to responsible parties throughout PT Holdings and it’s companies.
  • Develop systems and reports for handling inbound communication traffic
  • Conduct research using various resources to build content for marketing materials, reports, and customer responses.
  • Monitor various marketing campaigns and compile data reports showing required stats and visibility to various parties
  • Liaise real-time SMS, chat-bot, or social media messaging inquiries
  • Audit marketing assets for accuracy of brand standards and content
  • Create and update website and social content as directed
  • Receive, review, and coordinate marketing needs from our companies and corporate service group
  • Liaise with accounting for ensuring all invoices are processed

  • Highly adaptable in learning and using new software applications
