Summary
The Duffy AIS team is looking for a Parts Coordinator that is responsible for helping in the parts department with Shipping & Receiving, inventory, parts ordering, computer entry, and related tasks. Part time and full time opportunities available.
Summary:
Overall responsibility and accountability for all aspects of customer service, including parts research, inventory research/reconciliation/purchase/returns, all parts tracking.
- Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, manufacturers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate courteous customer service phone conversation and listening skills.
- Inventory management for optimal turns and first time fix. Cycle counts, physical counts
- Properly follow daily outline of assigned task associated with the flow of customer parts and service but not limited to parts duties only.
- Run daily reports to determine open jobs and assign all parts used on jobs. Verify parts numbers.
- Accurately verify all work order checklists and warehouse reports have been completed and turned in as designed.
- Accurately complete and submit all paperwork and tracking for parts, inventory and billing support.
- Accurately record and report any variances on parts inventories by warehouse. Return authorizations.
- Maintain a neat professional appearance at all times.
- Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested.
Qualifications:
To successfully perform this job, and individual must be able to perform each essential job duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast data entry
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of procedures
- Active listener with good communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
