Manhattan Beach Real Estate office is in search of a well organized and detail-oriented individual to become a valuable member of our team as a Real Estate Office Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to ensure the seamless flow of daily operations and assist with various clerical duties. We are looking for an ideal candidate with outstanding organizational and communication abilities, who can thrive in a fast-paced setting while paying great attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor's degree/or Associate degree is preferred)
A minimum of two years of clerical experience (or an equivalent ability in customer-related roles).
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Dependable, patient, and professional, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Quickly adaptable and receptive to learning new processes.
Real Estate knowledge (preferred but not required)
Legally able to work in the U.S.
Office presence is required, we operate in a COVID-safe workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engages in a diverse range of entry-level clerical tasks, record-keeping, verifying data accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and documenting information.
Organizing, categorizing, and managing filing systems to facilitate efficient record-keeping and effortless retrieval.
Compile typed reports from handwritten documents; review documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to established procedures and standards.
Communicate effectively with customers via inbound calls and emails.
Utilizes standard office equipment, such as our mail machine and job-specific computer hardware.
Support with the entry of accounts payable and receivables.
Demonstrates the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
