As a Marketing Campaign Manager within the Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for driving marketing sourced pipeline and bookings for PTC’s industry-leading industrial connectivity solution offerings.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation for PLM, you will work closely with stakeholders across the marketing organization to bring innovative programs and campaigns to life. You will work with the broader PLM teams to develop marketing strategies and campaign execution plans that engage target buyers and help move them through the buyer’s journey.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Design, execute, and measure the impact integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that address each stage of the buyer’s journey
- Help manage the campaigns budget and provide closed-loop communication about spending and planned allocations
- Select targets, determine the tactic mix, design offers and calls to action, set individual program goals, and measurement criteria
- Implement testing strategies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates
- Educate, collaborate, and communicate with diverse stakeholders on results
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Familiarity with using buyer persona information and buyer’s journey frameworks to develop campaigns that convert at each stage of the funnel
- Data-driven approach to marketing campaign design and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Inclusive, collaborative approach to working
- Build strong relationships across a global, cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives
Experience with account-based marketing, inbound marketing, and digital-first demand generation strategies a plus
