Operations Support Associate with Walmart Retail Link Experience Preferred

We are a well-established company that has been in business for more than 18 years.

We are seeking to hire a full-time Operations Support Associate.

Candidates must be self-motivated, results-oriented professionals with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. They must be a team player.

The Operations Support Associate reports directly to the President and is responsible for customer order processing, online product additions and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Add/edit/delete items to online portals such as Retail Link, Amazon, K-Link etc.

Manage online sales from order receipt to shipment

· Responsible for completing all required quote sheets and required customer documents/forms for assigned customers

· Coordinates the delivery of necessary sales samples and materials for customer meetings

· Generates customer Price Lists using custom web based software

· Assists with item number creation and maintenance

· Review all customer orders for accuracy and manage order processing from order receipt through order shipment

· Works closely with Product Development team to ensure customers are fully aware of products’ evolution throughout the licensor approval process

· Manage daily production issues and needs with overseas office in China

· Responsible for factory purchase order creation and processing

· Provide support to Sales and Operations Manager as needed

· Manage Domestic Warehouse inventory

· Maintain online customer system requirements

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Walmart Retail Experience HIGHLY desired

• Ecommerce business experience preferred
• Excellent data entry skills (Excel & Quickbooks)
• Other online setup experience preferred: Kohl's/Amazon etc.
• 5-7 years of Sales Support, Purchasing or Operations experience preferre
