Job Description

Performance Opportunity:

Leo Burnett has successfully won the business of a well known drugstore retailer and has been given the opportunity to lead the repositioning of the brand. This will be an un-paralleled opportunity to help shape the overall culture and process of the team from the beginning. The Account Executive will help lead an integrated team across creative, strategy, production and retail. As well an opportunity to assist and develop platform and campaign work.   

Our ideal candidate has agency experience, is eager to learn, has keen attention to detail, is willing to jump in to share ideas to better the creative product. They have a desire to develop strong relationships across agency partners. In short, we're seeking the brightest and the best talent with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build something from the ground up. 

Summary & Scope:

The Account Executive (AE) has earned the title of being the “go-to” member of the team given that they are in the trenches. Serving as the fuel for the engine, the AE thoroughly understands every aspect of the agency and applies that knowledge in setting the stage for the best creative while effectively executing from start to finish.

Reporting Structure: 

Reports to: Account Supervisor

Director report: Potentially an intern
