Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange.Job DescriptionOur team is looking for a future leader at the manager level to support a global telecommunications brand in a hybrid Project Manager Account Executive role.This position is a collaborative, team-oriented role responsible for helping maintain day-to-day activities including, client and project management, account planning and end-to-end creative execution for ongoing CRM campaigns.In this hybrid role, you will learn the fundamentals of the agency process and be trained in the craft of Marketing and CRM.Job Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and the internal agency team.Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects with cross-functional agency teams using clear communication to level set expectations for tasks and deliverables to ensure quality work is delivered on time and on budget.Facilitate projects with agency counterparts and take a proactive approach to developing client-ready documents such as project intake forms, deliverable content matrices, project plans & timelines, weekly hot sheets & status reportsLearn your client’s business, understand their challenges, goals, and competition in an effort to build a strong and trusting relationship with key stakeholders.Take ownership of key project management responsibilities including project life cycle analysis, resource management, detailed timing/schedules and budget input / scope tracking.Learn how to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks and seek partnership or guidance from senior leadership.Qualifications2 years professional or agency experience, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, CRM, project management and client service.Results focused with ability to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic environment.
