Job Description
The Operations Lead is a part of our Global Production team and will be the single point of contact (SPOC) to our client's global content studios. This role is responsible for keeping our Publicis teams connected with our client and is responsible for managing and integrating processes across Global Studio AOR intersections and internal Publicis teams to create consistency and quality services that power satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leads daily meetings with client marketers and internal stakeholders
- Leads project management of studio work supporting global studio teams creating marketing Emails, IVAs, banners, iPDFs and print materials for multiple client brands
- Structures and co-ordinates internal and external status/ touch points- fostering effective communication and collaboration among COE Leads, HUB Leads, Production Engagement Leads (PELs) and relevant Client stakeholders when necessary.
- Defines and implements new ways of working to streamline content studio production processes from handoff through to delivery
- Responsible for global reporting, scope monitoring and ad-hoc budgeting
- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practice documentation is enforced and continually maintained/optimized
- Develops, onboards and manages resource staffing plans in partnership with global hub teams
- Drives risk mitigation by identifying and communicating quality, budget, and timeline impacts
- Manages direct and indirect reports throughout the global operations
This role is hybrid - 3 days/week on-site within our 375 Hudson Street, NY studio
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in digital production at a large scale and/or global operations management.
- Pharma / Healthcare marketing experience is required
- Successful track record of working in deadline-driven environment involving high volume delivery of complex digital assets for a multi-national account
- Exposure to Pharma tech (Veeva CLM production, Salesforce and high volume email production)
- Experience driving adherence of global standard operating procedures and service level agreements

Compensation Range: $121,000.00 - $204,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
