Publicis Media’s Central Activation team supports PM agency accounts by executing media campaigns via a global offshore support network to meet clients’ performance goals across a variety of platforms. The Client Support team within Central Activation works hand-in-hand with the agency partners and agency account teams to ensure all account requirements from the global offshore team, including workflows and resource allocation, are executed.
The Associate Director, Programmatic Media Activation will cultivate relationships with agency partners to uncover business needs, find growth opportunities, and consult on the development of account support solutions.
They will be responsible for leading account-specific work across different Publicis agencies, with the focus on activation strategy, and solve general operational problems across channels maximizing the results of each engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a client-facing background in Programmatic media and a strong customer service and organizational skillset and be able to learn about other channels from an account management perspective.
