Pueo is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA supporting process improvement through conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data.
Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing/ refining/monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements
Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products
Performs record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities such as visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination are captured within the relevant database
Performs ad hoc and recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligence-related activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, and process improvement analysis
Adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based on comprehensive enterprise application solution sets.
Enterprise resource planning and management processes, including but not limited to: KM, investment analysis, data warehousing, return on investment analysis, human resource analysis, material management and logistics, SCRM, decision support, and information dissemination.
Work closely with OCI plans and policy for future information technology (IT)
Facilitate and guide working groups, meetings, strategy sessions, and other efforts to create knowledge, practices, processes and organizational designs.
Evaluate databases and apply best practices of KM principals.
Facilitate and manage innovation and organizational learning.
Identify and gather data, analyze results, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and communicate results through ongoing reports.
Use business analytic techniques to collect, process, and analyze various data sets.
Develop knowledge and insights from large and/or unstructured data sets.
Create and maintain rich visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis
Perform detailed analysis to validate quality of data/metrics to resolve technical data problems. Identify causes of data error or omission make recommendations and implement resolution when approved by the Government
Conduct economic, industry-based research
Identify opportunities and respond to OCI needs for business analytics ofrequirements database providing weekly and monthly reports to OCI that can enable decision making and analytical trends.
An active TS/SCI clearance
A minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing business process
Ability to resolve data problems
Experience with Identifying and gathering data, analyzing results, interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, and communicating results through ongoing reports
