We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the position of Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Oak Harbor, WA. The DCM is responsible for the management and supervision of in-center dialysis patient care and ensures quality nursing care is delivered to each patient. The DCM is also responsible for staffing assignments and is provided with the resources and authority to meet the unit’s objectives and is responsible for the proper management of these resources.
A successful candidate has proven leadership skills in a clinical setting, and previous experience in dialysis patient care.

Work Hours and Location:
This position is regular full-time (40-hour/week), primarily at our clinic in Oak Harbor. Work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergency situations occurring outside of regular business hours is required. Ability to travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations to participate in training activities or cover shift schedules is required.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary range for this position is $83,395.55 - $104,244.43 annually. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.

Qualifications And Experience
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse license.
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in clinical nursing.
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis.
- Prior charge nurse experience required.
