If you have a passion for Retail and Store Design, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Travel Retail Americas team based in Miami. The mission of this role is to guarantee the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail Americas channel and implementing temporary animations. As Retail Designer you will help Puig promote unique shopping experiences and enhance the display of our exclusive products.

What you'll get to do- Lead Temporary animation projects by adapting Brand Corporate designs to Travel Retail needs from initial brief to final installation.
- Regularly follow up projects with the HQ Brands Retail team (special requests and adaptations) and retailers
- Solve technical challenges (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier) and implementation logistics (POSM deliveries, orders, project timeline, visual merchandising plan for each animation…)
- Control assigned budget and suppliers quotations negotiation
- Ensure high quality installations and costs optimization
- Supervise homologation process of new suppliers including sample approval.
- Analyze ROI of temporary projects.
- Assist on seminar projects and execution
- Assist on internal events decoration projects.
- Professional experience of a minimum of 3 years, ideally in Retail, Interior Design or Architecture
- Education in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English , Spanish desirable.
- Multi project management skills
- Detail and results oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Autonomous with a strong sense for teamwork, pro-active, organized and with ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft office, Adobe Creative suite, Sketchup, Photoshop (VRay is an asset)
