DME Specialist
Well established Pulmonary Practice looking for a Full-Time DME Specialist. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, dependable, ability to multi-task, and have excellence customer service. Prior DME experience a plus. The duties for this position include:
- Coordinating care between patient, DME Company, and provider
- Taking patient phone calls and patient DME follow-up
- Meetings with DME representatives
- Sending and working DME orders
- Home Sleep Test scheduling and set up
- Keeping up to date with insurance regulations and requirements
