Your Role
Collate and collaborate with the wider business to pull together regional marketing plans, create successful brand content, and manage campaigns successfully. Work closely with the Marketing Team Manager to ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels ensuring adherence to the newly developed brand guide. Develop and manage budgets ensuring quarterly spending is accurate and on target.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

Accountable for working alongside regional senior management to ensure marketing activity aligns with the regional strategic objectives and goals for the year.
- Responsible for liaising with the in-country leadership team and completing the country planner marketing schedule and activities at least 3 months ahead of the new financial year.
- Accountable for developing, managing, and executing the marketing budgets for your regions, by 1st September each prior year.
- Responsible for the organization, management, and measurement of all event management in the region.
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services through the most suitable channels.
- Responsible for delivering the regional marketing and communications plan, through multi-channel campaigns, to support the region's strategic goals.
- Responsible for measuring and reporting key metrics for all marketing campaigns, including the monitoring of reach and engagement.
- Responsible for conducting market research for target markets and market drivers, ensuring that key messages are outlined and defined for content creation.
- Accountable for the cover and assistance of the Marketing Team Manager in making stand-alone and justifiable executive decisions.
- Responsible for collaborating remotely with marketing colleagues across the world to consistently present ideas and review work and content to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Accountable for developing mutually beneficial external relationships with marketing agencies and consultants to ensure the development of outsourced projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brand.
- Accountable for consistent communication with both internal and external business stakeholders across a wide variety of channels and platforms.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining key customer relationships to enable content creation and photography opportunities
- Responsible for creating content and presenting ideas for newly developed campaigns and assisting in the generation of all forms of marketing collateral.
- Accountable for writing exemplary technical content, for use in all marketing channels, particularly website, e-mail, and social media, and ensuring that this resonates with customers
Travel

Travel is sometimes required but not limited to site visits and event attendance. Overseas travel will be required at times.
Your background
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

2:1 bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
- Required experience in a senior marketing executive role
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of different platforms
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate with wider teams
- Confidence and the ability to approach and communicate with senior management from different areas of the business
- Attention to detail and a keen creative streak
- Technical knowledge and the ability to be able to create technical content
