- This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand in Carlsbad, CA
- Manage onboarding/off boarding of Sales Reps to Power BI and their access / use of Power BI (including fielding Sales Reps questions and requests)
- Maintain and distribute daily sales reports which tracks shipments, open orders, and margin versus monthly financial budget for both Canada and US
- Maintain and distribute weekly ship and open report by sales channel which tracks actuals versus quarterly sales targets
- Prepare presentations and ad hoc reporting for key accounts visits and important pre-line meetings with key accounts
- Maintain and distribute weekly prebook tracker which tracks prebook versus gateway sales targets to gauge sales rep progress during COBRA and PUMA seasonal runs
- Manage the SPS Commerce sell through reports and analytics for key national accounts to include distributing a weekly report and working with the Sr. Analyst to provide a summary analysis of weekly trends across brand, retailers, product categories, and key styles
- Maintain and distribute monthly sales reports to include – Regional Rollup for Regional Sales Directors, Management Groups, Corporate Accounts, PGA Ambassador, Merchandiser of the Year, Avendra, and Volition product line
- Calculate monthly rebates for American Golf and Supreme Golf and submit quarterly reimbursements to accounts payable
- Maintain and distribute Monthly Business Review Deck upon month close for North America, analyzing year-over-year variances across product categories, actuals versus sales targets, custom versus stock sales for COBRA clubs, cresting business for PUMA, sales channel drill down, Ecommerce, and order book assessment
- Utilize ATLAS 2.0 cube data and Power BI to support the analytical needs of the business through ad hoc reporting and special project analysis
- Assist in the data validation process, ensuring data integrity across all reporting – to include both internal and external data sources
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT to troubleshoot issues and identify root cause
- Work with IT and BI to maintain distribution lists to automate delivery of reports to sales leadership and field sales reps
- Assist in training field Sales Reps on best practices for using Power BI to analyze sales within their territory and stay on top of their order book
- 3-5 years of analytical experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience working in an industry setting where a physical product is manufactured and sold – resulting in a need to analyze ship and open data while managing inventory efficiently
- Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA macros, and Power Pivot
- Experience with Power BI, especially in an enterprise setting
- Preferred experience working with point-of-sales retail sell through data via SPS Commerce
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to check own work and ensure accuracy
- Well organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to prioritize
- Outgoing team player with initiative, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional & positive attitude
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
