Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service to home owners and agents in assigned territory
  • Schedule and coordinate new jobs
  • Communicate job status and updates
  • Work with customers to gain acceptance of change orders
  • Close out completed jobs and manage quality control
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
