eCommerce customer service representative $12/hr
Purdy's Powersports/oemcycle.com is an Internet retailer of motorcycle/ATV parts & accessories experiencing huge growth over the past 15 years and quickly becoming an online leader within the industry. Currently we employ about 20 people and only work dayshift on weekdays.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives to assist customers with delivery information such as tracking packages, changing delivery address, returning products, purchase of apparel products, etc.

The role of this position would be assisting customers and solving problems. You would be in contact with our wholesale reps, carrier reps and product reps. You would also be involved in resolving ebay and Amazon complaints and issues.

No motorcycle or ATV knowledge needed for this position!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle multi-line phones, emails, online chats
  • Process customer's orders
  • Process customer returns
  • Resolve customer order issues
  • Resolve various issues regarding marketplaces such as ebay and Amazon.

  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Able to navigate various computer applications
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, energetic environment
  • No previous experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
