As our location manager, your primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer relationships to ensure each customer has an outstanding experience with Pure Hydration. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and upbeat individual to add to our team. Job details include:
- Greet customers, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve all customer complaints
- Understand customer consent form and assist customer through consent form language
- Understand IV therapy and vitamin benefits
- Gain knowledge about all products sold at spa
- Proficient with Booker and Deputy platforms
- Manage appointments, memberships, and customer profiles
- Maintain inventory numbers
- Cleaning
- Opening/closing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
