Business & Systems Analyst II

Company Description

PureIntegration is seeking a Business & Systems Analyst II supporting the Enterprise Sales Support team, the Business/Systems Analyst II responsible to closely collaborate with our stakeholders, data producers and engineering teams in order to design and develop data products to meet the analytics and reporting needs of our internal and external customers

Location: St. Louis, MO – onsite

Work Arrangement: Contract W2 hourly role through 12/2022.

Work Authorization: GC & USCIT Only. We Do Not Sponsor H1B Visas, or C2C.

Responsibilities:

• Documents sales and business reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
• Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
• Performs data analysis, validation and reporting to the business and stakeholders.
• Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
• Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.

 Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business & Systems Analyst.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. .
• Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information and recommends changes to management.
• Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
• Provides analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
• Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
• Provides analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
• Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with team members. Provides day-to-day validation and spot checks.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. B.S. or M.S. in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science) is considered a plus.
