Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Pure Life Renal in Stoughton, MA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessing patients' health conditions, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patients' progress. The Registered Nurse will also collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and their families on managing their health, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Experience in providing direct patient care, preferably in a dialysis or renal care setting
- Knowledge of renal diseases, dialysis procedures, and medication administration
- Ability to assess and evaluate patients' health conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- BLS certification
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
