What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Pure Search?
Our client is a specialty brokerage and risk advisor that works directly with private equity on M&A transactions across a variety of verticals. They are actively looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join their New York office. This is a stellar opportunity for someone who is young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
In this role, you’ll track and manage the company’s financial data/records including but not limited to documenting transaction details, assembling financial reports, fact-checking accounting data, tracking payroll, managing invoices, and more!
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Insurance experience is a huge plus (since they’re insurance brokers)
- Must be reliable and able to hit the ground running
- Must be interested in a long term position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
