The Digital Transformation team is responsible for the metrics, processes and system tools used by the Customer Experience organization. We work cross-functionally with various internal teams to ensure the support team is well equipped to support our customers.
We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, analytical and detailed-oriented individual who has a passion for business processes. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about Support Operations and cross-functional activities. This person will also be responsible for basic ServiceNow administration duties.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders and act as a strategic leader driving short-term and long-term technology-based planning between business stakeholders and technical resources
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, help define key strategies, and ensure the technology strategy aligns to the business strategy.
- Translate complex business needs into requirements to be used in efforts to streamline processes and workflows
- Assist with implementing process, organization, training and maintenance strategy
- Communicate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.
- Create, document and submit change requests and deliver progress reports
- Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure that design, development, and testing are completed successfully for project implementations
What You Bring To The Team
- BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience championing organizational change, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions
- Adept at positively influencing others and breaking down organizational silos
- Skilled at partnering with business stakeholders on a strategic level, including the ability to assist with business strategy and ensure that IT strategy aligns with the business strategy
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment, including on multiple concurrent projects that are global in nature
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on cross-team collaboration
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
