We are looking for a superstar to join our Recruiting team. In this role, you will be searching for and speaking with the future talent of our pureIntegration workforce. Our ideal candidate will have expertise working in talent acquisition, the IT consulting environment and the communications, media and advertising industry. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, and will be a W-2 Hourly 3-month contract with possible extension.
The hourly rate is $50-60. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicant.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their objectives and specialized job requirements.
- Collaborate with TA and HR colleagues to problem solve, communicate accurate and timely information to candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and innovative research tactics
- Maintain SmartRecruiters ATS events and actions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Represent pureIntegration professionally, with a service first approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in Information Technology (IT) roles and the IT job market.
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems, conducting and/or coordinating Candidate Submissions, Interviews (Technical, Behavioral, Executive).
- Experience & knowledge working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience creating candidate pipelines via Job Boards, ATS, and Social Media.
- Experience in understanding how to generate "Active" and "Passive" candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Considerable skill in interviewing techniques.
- Ability to effectively manage and accept quickly changing priorities.
