Position

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager that will support multiple small to mid-size privately held entities. This newly created role will report to the CFO and will be responsible for heavy hands-on financial analysis and forecasting; and translating data into business recommendations and action.

Responsibility Highlights

- Lead business integration of acquisitions and mergers

- Prepare financial packages, rolling forecasts and variance analysis

- Gather, analyze, and report data for multiple groups

- Translate data into business recommendations and action

- Perform benchmarking analysis and manage budgeting activity

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

- Partner with accounting team for improved financial reporting

- Create and share data management tools for other business leaders

- Perform due diligence and create financial models for acquisitions

Traits, Skills & Experience

- Five years’ experience in financial planning and analysis management

- Three years’ experience with Power BI, Tableau, Solver Global, SQL

- Two or more years’ M & A due diligence experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- Intermediate or higher-level proficiency with MS Dynamics Navision

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with advanced or higher Excel skills

- Solid working knowledge of GAAP

- Proficient creating financial models from scratch

- Demonstrated deep financial analysis, modeling and reporting skills

- Ability to translate data and analysis into practical business action

- Comfortable working with and presenting to senior management

- Ability to work independently and in groups within a fast-paced setting

- Demonstrated project management skills

- Advanced analytical, planning, reporting and organizational skills

- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation discipline

- Ability to multi-task and work gracefully under pressure

- Experience handling sensitive, confidential and complex matters

- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Unquestionable integrity and good judgment

- Excellent command of the English language (read/write/speak)

- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and stable work history

- Local candidates with an acceptable commute to Covington, GA

- Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility
