Job Description
Role: BAW/ BPM Developer
Type of Hire: Full-time Location: Minneapolis, MN Required Experience: 8 Years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a senior BAW/BPM developer, candidate will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes design, hands on development, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of IBM BPM/BAW applications.
Responsibilities:
- Implement business processes using IBM BAW/BPM, BPM UI toolkit.
- Provide technical support to the offshore team.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of IT experience
- 5 years of experience with IBM BAW/BPM (19.x, 18.5.x) is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with designing and implementing BPDs, Activities, Services, UCA and Coaches using IBM BAW
- 5 years of programming experience in Java, JavaScript.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience in IBM BAW technology, particularly on following.
- - Hands on experience with developing heritage human services, client-side human services, simple and complex coach views in IBM BPM/BAW.
- - Hands on experience with creating and consuming web services (SOAP and REST) in IBM BPM/BAW.
- - At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing BPDs, Activities and Services using IBM BAW using web designer.
- - Hands on experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java
- - Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MS SQL/Oracle.
- - Exposure to headless implementation and knowledge of IBM BAW rest services.
