Job Summary Members of the Innovation team are essential to the continued success at Purple. We need someone who is committed to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team! Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise Innovation Technitions Supervise new prototype builds Supervise material inventories Closely work with Product Development Engineers Help manage cross functional product implementation See projects throught organizational, planning and execution phases Assist with sourcing new materials Research and acquire material samples for future developments Contacting and meeting with potential suppliers/vendors Build prototypes, mattresses, pillows, cushion and other bedding products Ability to corridiant products/samples to be shipped domestically and Internationally Manage the building, staging, and organizational logistics for internal and external product validation testing KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent Business professional English proficiency (read, writing and speaking) Ablility to regularly set and meet deadlines Excellent communications skill, verbal and written Excellent organizational skills Computer skills, Microsoft Office At least 5 year of Supervisory experience Adhering to company policies and procedures Positive attitude Attention to detail Must be able to lift 50 Ibs Must be able to stand for 10 hours BENEFITS AND PERKS Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Match Generous PTO Market Money Earn a Mattress Purple Swag Amazing Purple Products WHY WORK AT PURPLE?
