About Us: Purple Pest is a locally owned and operated pest control company, specializing in commercial and residential pest control services. As a rapidly growing new business, we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Executive to help us expand our reach across the Charlotte area and continue delivering exceptional service to our amazing customers.
The Role: As the Outside Sales Professional for Purple Pest you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers about our commercial and residential pest control services, performing inspections, and converting interested parties into loyal Purple Pest customers. Additionally, you’ll be helping us develop a strong team of enthusiastic salespersons to bolster our team as we expand across the Charlotte-Metro area. You’ll be learning new systems and tech as we stay above the industry standard to ensure streamlined experiences for both our employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Grow our client base by tracking down new leads for commercial and residential full-service pest control.
- Develop and refine Purple Pest sales strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare sales contracts and documentation.
- Manage and report sales goals, lead goals, and forecasting.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of treatment.
- Care for and maintain company equipment, vehicles and materials.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in pest control or related industry.
- Solid knowledge of the pest control industry and familiarity with common pest management solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be able and willing to go into attics, crawlspaces, basements and other spaces.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and use new technologies.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
