PurposeCare is an integrated platform company that coordinates care in the community with a focus on individuals who are dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. Our family of companies provides home care to assist individuals with daily living as well as skilled clinical services to treat acute conditions and manage wellness. PurposeCare is private equity funded and growing quickly through mergers and acquisitions.
We are seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring for various clinical and professional positions across the organization.
Summary of duties:
- Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent across a variety of functions and within multiple geographies
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to address the talent resource needs of the company with the assistance of the Director of HR
- Develop applicant pools by researching and contacting various sources such as community services, trade schools, colleges and leveraging internet database sites and social media sources
- Conduct virtual/remote interviews, onboarding, orientation, and training of candidates as needed
- Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns with internal and external marketing resources
- Leverage available tools and technology to be as efficient and effective as possible
- Networking via phone, social media, and other miscellaneous candidate sources to engage and develop a candidate flow for current and future hiring needs
- Assess the qualifications of applicants for numerous positions within the region by conducting initial application/resume reviews as well as video conferencing, phone, and in-person interviews
- Clearly and accurately communicate the company’s employee value proposition to potential candidates
- Clearly articulate the job duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company to all candidates
- Present candidate profiles to hiring managers highlighting the candidate's match for the role
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduation or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of recruitment experience is required, and healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Salary : $38,100 - $48,300
