The Purchasing Manager will grow sales and increase company profits working with the Branch Manager to perform the below duties including but not limited to:

Create and place orders through P21.

Responsible for tracking, expediating all orders.

Ensure timely execution of purchases from Sales request.

Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders such as, but not limited to, inside sales, vendors and Branch Manager.

Track, file and organize vendor receipts for clear data.

Become familiar with standard products used and research vendors for cost effectiveness, quality, terms etc.

Respond to any issues related to invoices, product delivery or shipping

Help on any projects after all purchasing duties are done.

Any other purchasing needs as designated by the Branch Manager.

One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must be detail oriented to always ensure accurate data.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
