Push Cannabis is a distributor & manufacturer of cannabis products. We specialize in cannabis edibles. We are looking for highly motivated, high-energy brand ambassadors / digital marketers.
As a Brand Ambassador / Digital Marketer for the best-tasting edibles brand in the United States - “Smokiez Edibles,” you will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand’s relationship with our dispensary accounts and assisting the local sales team in reaching/exceeding their sales goals. Our Brand Ambassadors will also handle the following:
Duties:
- Provide in-store services at client account dispensaries - event demos, training, and patient appreciation days (PAD's).
- Obtain video and photo content of in-store demos and services to post on Instagram and promote dispensaries’ highlights of our products.
- Sell products at demos through budtender and consumer education.
- Engage in every opportunity with customers to explain the benefits of Smokiez products.
- Connect with account managers regularly to complete tasks and exchange information about accounts.
- Manage all Visual Merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accounts.
- Execute all marketing requests from management.
- Execute budtender training and knowledge testing (i.e., contests or awards to budtenders who sell the most, etc.) and lead all Education and enrollment protocols.
- Build relationships through events, promotions, and other unique offerings that only Smokiez offers.
- Patient Appreciation Events, local and non-local large cannabis cups or large-scale events, etc.
- Manage external vendors for coordination, document creation, and deliveries.
- Support the marketing department with budget management; process and track invoices, reconcile and supply monthly accrual reports.
- Gauge store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligence.
- Actively audit brand materials to ensure all marketing collateral is available to team members.
Digital Marketing responsibilities:
- Supporting marketing initiatives.
- Creating digital campaigns.
- Supporting product and service launches.
- Editing marketing material.
- Researching market trends.
- Developing content for digital platforms.
What skills and knowledge do you need for this role?
- 2 years of experience or training in marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of cannabis experience or needs to have strong cannabis knowledge.
- Must have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for success
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in events facing the public. (Cannabis event experience is a big plus!)
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields required.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including project management software.
- Ability to work independently and still contribute to a team environment
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Desire to succeed and be passionate about your work! You must have a passion for cannabis!
- Network builder attitude is a must! If you have a Cannabis Network (or online followers, it's a plus!)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or video editing software
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
- Excels in team collaboration
