What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structured Cabling Installer position at PUSH, Inc.?
The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Installer is responsible for installing structured cabling, support infrastructure, terminating cabling and installing equipment. This position would collaborate directly with onsite Foreman and Project Management to assist with the daily operations on site while mitigating risk, improving customer relations and integrity of PUSH Technologies.

The PUSH Inc. Corporate Office is located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
Physical and Environmental Factors:
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, carry, and lift as needed.
- Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, feet, and limbs in performing skilled movement.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of time.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Build pathways for cabling (cable tray, ladder rack, J-hooks, sleeves).
- Install structured cabling, terminate, label and test.
- Construct cabinets, racks, patch panels and wire management.
- Install equipment and help commission systems.
- Represent PUSH Technologies in a positive and safe manner.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Work Experience: Experience in structured cabling and knowledge of the industry preferred, not required.
- Education: Existing BISCI certifications preferred or the ability to obtain in a timely manner.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of standard construction safety practices, OSHA 10 certificate preferred.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
