The Director will lead technical consulting engagements in telecommunications, delivering 5G/wireless networks focused, full lifecycle services to PwC clients across industry verticals. They will develop technical proposals and RFP responses, through active business development and requirements gathering with telecom and non-telecom clients requiring telecom services.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Owning the delivery of technical consulting services projects, to PwC standards of excellence, including creation of project plans, managing budgets and program execution with well tracked KPIs;
Overseeing and directuse case definition and analysis business and market analysis, use case including data gathering, curation and analysis using a range of data analytics and visualization tools;
Leading cross functional teams in performing range of network evaluations and analyses- including RF and cell planning, capacity planning, network architecture design and evaluation, redundancy and resiliency evaluation, network optimization and performance/KPI evaluation;
Collaborating with technical development teams and guiding the development of 5G/wireless technology accelerators including 5G Private networks;
Leading the development, curation and updating of the wireless technical consulting services catalog- including creation and updating of playbooks, methodologies, analysis, frameworks etc.
Demonstrates? thought leader level abilities in professional service or corporate roles, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs and by:
Bringing previous technical consulting experience, focused on wireless networks and other telecommunications systems, across design/build/operate/sunset technology lifecycles;
Leading cross functional teams and delivering complex consulting engagements to delivery excellence KPIs, managing multiple work streams;
Possessing technical knowledge of wireless networks and technologies including 2/3/4/5G and all variations of 5G- SA/NSA and Private networks is required, this includes 3GPP and other standards and industry playbooks and frameworks;
Understanding of full 5G technology stack- from RF front/backhaul to applications and 5G solutions, and 5G vendors and products;
Understanding of 5G use cases, market and business trends;
Working with industry best technical consulting service catalogs in telecom/wireless networks, and ability to develop and enhance service offerings;
Working with technology development teams and providing product management expertise; and,
Utilizing MS Office, Program Management and Analytics tools.
