What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Lab Experience Manager position at PwC?

These contributions automate solutions and drive additional value to our firm. The platform helps to drive strategic transformation and provides insights for increasing adoption of cutting-edge technologies. The Digital Lab provides access to how new innovations are being built and leveraged across the firm.

Responsibilities include working closely with leadership to develop the infrastructure and strategies to accelerate the adoption and usage of Digital Lab in order to effect substantive change across the firm. This would include driving idea generation, development of content, and delivery of Digital Lab Immersion and large account sessions, as well as overall project management for the Digital Lab Experience workstream.

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree

Additional Educational Requirements:

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Management Information Systems, Mathematics

Demonstrates extensive abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader including:

  • Collaborating and contributing as a team member;
  • Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
  • Demonstrating an execution-oriented mindset, and ability to think independently to solve problems, comfort with ambiguity;
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management) in a professional business environment;
  • Managing and delivering multiple, complex projects in a fast paced and changing environment that includes different stakeholders;
  • Prioritizing work in a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines often shift;
  • Identifying, managing, resolving, and mitigating key risks and issues impacting the project delivery; and,
  • Developing multi-level relationships with client and team members to establish project delivery goals are met as planned.
