What are the responsibilities and job description for the Firmwide Alumni Manager position at PWC?
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Alumni Relations team is strategically aligned to PwC’s priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace through our Alumni. As part of our team, you’ll help maintain the Alumni Networking programme, which offers members professional networking opportunities, social media forums, and learning and development initiatives.

The Alumni Relations team is aligned to PwC’s priorities & focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace. You’ll help maintain the platform that offers members professional networking opportunities, customized content, & learning & development opportunities. Using data & insights to build, maintain the components of the platform, working across campaigns and platforms to develop the digital alumni experience & measure & report performance of the platform against KPIs.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing efforts in digital marketing platforms and using data analysis and insights to drive strategy, with emphasis in the following areas:
- Understanding of relationship management and digital marketing as it relates to business development;
- Supporting data driven, integrated marketing strategy delivering results against strategic priorities that contribute to developing relationships, building pipeline and increasing brand equity;
- Understanding of end to end user experience, process mapping and data flows;
- Performing successfully in the areas of leveraging alumni, large campaigns or subscription service to support strategy;
- Demonstrating the ability to work with marketing technology to support the overall strategy;
- Leading and collaborating with cross functional teams;
- Demonstrating the ability to team and communicate with leadership and all staff levels and a proven track record of leadership and execution;
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales function, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Content, as well as a broad understanding of related functions and Segments/Sector client service offerings;
- Demonstrating ability to consistently exhibit the PwC Core Competencies; and,
- Demonstrating public speaking skills and relationship management skills.
