Our ServiceNow Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. A ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the development and support of ServiceNow systems in a Managed Services/AMS capacity. This involves combining ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods (scrum) and enhancing the company's ServiceNow delivery capability. As a ServiceNow consultant, the resource will need to define ServiceNow solutions and tailor them per client requirements.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications;
  • Consuming Knowledge regarding the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming, training, documentation, and support to the organizational teams whenever required;
  • Designing, developing and implementing Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM, EM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growth;
  • Maintaining detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.;
  • Providing value-based assessments, discoveries, and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; and,
  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.
