- Developing enterprise-wide reference architectures that facilitate application integration and solution delivery;
- Arranging and supporting appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realize their potential and support their long-term aspirations;
- Demonstrating extensive ability to find solutions to complex problems that may or may not have been encountered before;
- Governing projects & coordinating with business stakeholders and IT leads;
- Executing on projects that follow an Agile Scrum methodology;
