Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding data and the analysis required to align and conform data structures to integrate with the MDM Enterprise Data Architecture (MEDA);

  • Working with integration technologies such as SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Excel Data Analysis;

  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of Data Modeling tools such as ER Studio and Erwin;

  • Providing SME support on Data modeling and Schema Design principles;

  • Demonstrating development of guidelines around Data Modeling and Scheme Design;

  • Demonstrating development of enterprise Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models (Enterprise Data Models);

  • Demonstrating guidelines around utilization and extension of Enterprise Data Models;

  • Possessing the aptitude to understand how information flows from marketing and sales, Risk and Quality and Finance as well as how information is used for reporting, both territory and globally specific across the PwC Network;

  • Understanding the various functional networks and an ability to build, expand and/or leverage existing relationships;

  • Understanding the impacts of significant business and technical changes, how they apply to current operations, and ultimately establishing minimal disruption to the business process supported;

  • Working with both business and technical resources to accurately align information assets into MEDA;

  • Demonstrating experience with project management and effective prioritization/time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Working with data structures and their interrelated dependencies in navigating complex information needs; and,

  • Developing client service modeled through the ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and establish maximum impact/outcomes.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Implementing strategic plans with experience in project management;

  • Creating professional networks, building relationships, organizing and collaborating with individuals at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization;

  • Managing, setting priorities and collaborating across the delivery teams;

  • Defining data enhancement projects, establishing timely completion of standard tasks and maintaining responsiveness to the needs of the team members;

  • Creating and conveying a value proposition (oral or written), including the ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to next steps;

  • Using judgment to foresee technical issues based on approaches and having an understanding of the impact of issues/ideas as they relate to the firm's strategic initiatives and objectives;

  • Facilitating and ability to coach/ teach others;

  • Solving problems and conflict resolution using written and verbal communication skills;

  • Managing budget and collecting and analyzing data to communicate return on investment and impact; and,

  • Navigating and working effectively in a heavily matrixed organization.
