- Experience performing assessment, design and delivery of a client's current Finance processes based on leading practices; ability to translate these business requirements into technical specifications;
- Demonstrating technical specialization in implementing Workday Prism Analytics solutions with deep experience with data transformations and data governance;
- Demonstrating technical Prism Analytics experience integrating with external 3rd party data e.g. Legacy Applications;
- Being familiar with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level;
- Influencing and managing stakeholder expectations;
- Working in a global/virtual team environment;
- Gathering and documenting requirements from users as input into the design of a Prism Analytics solution;
- Demonstrating familiarity with Windows functions such as CONCAT, COALESCE, CASE, TO_STRING, etc. in order to create complex calculated field logic in Prism datasets;
- Demonstrating familiarity with data transformation stages such as joins, unions, group by's, filters, manage fields, etc.;
- Encouraging continued adherence to PwC and Workday's best practices when it comes to designing, configuring, automating and deploying the final Prism Analytics workflow/solution, where appropriate acting as a champion for these standards when working with less experienced consultants/clients;
- Engaging with 3rd parties such as upstream or downstream application teams, business line SME's, cross-functional workstreams, etc. as appropriate to uncover any dependencies, risks, and coordinate testing scenarios/plans;
- Working with a testing team to create testing strategies, scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate the requirements are met;
- Establishing that identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion during testing phases;
- Exhibiting significant Financials (FINS) reporting/analytics experience in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday space; and,
- Working across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test and support Prism Analytics solutions.
