Customer Service Representative
Your responsibilities
Support PYGAR customer relationships
Your tasks
Handle:
- Order processing into ERP,
- Customer inquiries over the phone or via e-mail,
- Manage database - Add, delete, or edit account information into our ERP/Database,
- Support Marketing team at Trade show events,
- Broadcast customers on news, price lists or promotions from Marketing and Sales,
- Sales opportunities - Research and identify potential accounts; solicit new accounts; build reports; provide technical information and explanations; prepare quotations,
- Accounts development - Check customer's buying history; suggest related and new items; explain technical features.
Specific skills and qualifications
Multitasking ability, professional and friendly demeanor, organized, goal-oriented, technical understanding, data entry skills, customer focus, willingness to learn.
Your education
A four-year degree in administration/business or equivalent is recommended.
Your specific skills
IT – MS Office Suite, ERP (SAGE 300), Dialpad, Canva.
Ease in communication (oral and written). Spanish and/or French as a second language would be an asset.
Ability to understand and learn PYGAR’s complete line of products.

Full-time employee of PYGAR USA Inc.
Your schedule
8 hours shift from Monday to Friday, legal US holidays exempt.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
