Pay Range: $75 - $82/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert level contractor to engage, analyze and prepare recommendations for Client as it relates to hydrogen value chain opportunities.
- Expert-level consultation and intelligence on hydrogen industry and supply chain.
- Enable better understanding of Incumbent hydrogen suppliers, operators, and retailers to support Client’s entrance into the value chain.
- Support end user engagements with expertise on both Client’s fuel cell technology and hydrogen infrastructure.
- Develop highly polished presentation content for other audiences as required, e.g., executive briefings and external audiences, to create awareness and build desire to support infrastructure growth and planning strategies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Candidate should have Hydrogen fuel cell knowledge or exp (ideally) or should have worked on charging cell or should have experience of any alternative fuel cells.
- Need to have understanding of how the fuel cell charging networks perform.
- Should have at least 5-10 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Extensive experience in alternative fuel technologies or fuel cell technologies, Hydrogen infrastructure, ecosystem creation and value chain analysis.
- Prior experience in creating customer support models.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, while keeping stakeholders apprised of strategic initiatives/projects.
- Superior analytical capabilities, strong quantitative skills, strong communication skills, convincing delivery style to influence strong decision-making, and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to Client.
- Manage projects successfully to meet deadlines, provide deliverables, and adhere to budgets.
- Work collaboratively with Client team members and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
