Summary
An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. Direct care position with a primary
responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment and providing transportation services for
Pyramid Healthcare clients. Assists in the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete the intake process with new clients into program
• Maintains client documentation
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable
• Coordination of client activities
• Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
• Provide client transportation
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
• Assists with the dietary needs of clients
• Transport clients to and from specified locations within expected time frames
• Supervise and support clients while transporting
• Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
• Completes all required trainings.

Required Qualifications
Licensure, Education, & Experience (All States)
• High diploma or equivalent
• Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience
• Valid driver’s license in state of hire with safe driving record
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid required

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is
regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift up
to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. The employee must seldom carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception,
and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel.
This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation.
Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Incumbent
may be exposed to traumatic situations (i.e. psychiatric).
